Server appears to be down again when i log in i get to map is loading then it stays there for ages and then says server is busy please try later
is anyone eles having same problem?

I don't have a problem in logging in. But when i access my adventure, that's the time i get disconnected. :/
wondering if it is some bugged daily quest? or possibly based on level ? or middle of an adventure?
I was in the middle of doing nords.
i am having the exact same issue as sleepyd
did a cache clean and restart - no difference
well I just started an DarkBrother but have not been to the adventure yet only sent troops over but daily and Guild quest I done all ready with out problem
has everyone logged tickets with support over this issue as they will be more inclinde to do something if everyone logs a ticket rather than just 1 person
maybe its related to doing adventures? is there an adventure server you're assigned to ?

I can say this has happend before a few weeks ago too and after it came back a lot of my level 4 and 5 building had gone down a level ie 5 down to 4 and 4 down to level 3 I was not happy at all so they better not do this again
I have Screen Shots of all my island showing all building levels i take everyday now so i can show them

Server seems to be down this morning... Unplanned extension to maintenance perhaps?

As a reminder, the Settlers Online servers will come down Wednesday night at 11:45PM PDT (2:45AM EDT) for a 5 hour maintenance. The game will be playable at 5:00AM (PDT). During this time, the website may be down

They don't do maintenance at this time of day, normally. :P
Plus, I was online earlier today and it only just now kicked me out and won't let me back in. This is normally not an issue except around 2AM for me and it's not quite 2PM... that's a difference of 24 hours.
they are doing a rool back you will lose everything
As you guys have noticed, the Zeus server has been taken down for emergency maintenance in order to address the locked zones issue. There is not a current estimate of downtime or when the server will be back online. I'll post in the appropriate channels when it is back up. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
