Can we get a way to select multiple explorers and Geologists at once... maybe a check box that can be checked before they are sent off to do a same task. When you have 16 explores and 24 geologists... it is more than frustrating doing the same thing for each of them.
Another streamlining idea... have the resources found from the explores go straight into the mayors house.
yes I agree with that. Its hassle to click 20-30 times again and again for same thing, everyday, again and again, its like ritual.
Actually its very common, these problems appears on many game in time , after players reach large resources which developers couldn't imagine while designing at first stages.
There are two reason for that;
1) Clickfest syndrome: many developers have wrong assumption about players that they will be more happy when they click mouse button more.
2) Developers only play their games limited time, Since no one pay them to play the game they do the job what they paid for, developing, naturally they cant see the level they game grown and change from plan at the beginning.
Which is why they have a testing server :)
However, correct, many developers are limited since they are working on one issue in that game for hours, days and even weeks. This gets boring quickly, like a production line. putting the same bolt on the same car 1,000 of times each day. It changes from a dream job to if-i-am-payed job.
Now, Dev's are smart, and that balance should be brought to the table, remember that if this issue happens in every other game, then its because:
A: it works well
B: everyone else does it, why shouldn't we?
Here is what i could see for this suggestion:
A improved star menu, where you can ask for X amount of mines to be looked for, depending on how many geologists you have.
Also, this idea could be brought to explorers.
