Wells draining exceedingly fast (but not giving resources)

Okay, so I'm not sure if this is a bug.......

One (and oddly, only one) of my wells is just randomly losing resources... they're not going into my inventory, they're just 'poof' disappearing... but on a timed interval (as if the well was being worked)

For reference, it's a level one well that is depleting in around 4 hours. (non-buffed)

To track this I have built the well in the same place thrice now.. and it happens every time.

I have screen grabs showing the time (a 24 resource drop in 13 min, which I believe is even faster than it would happen if the well was level 5?!)

I was just curious... Is this a 'known' bug that can sometimes occur? As I seem to have recently had the same issue with the artisan well that was gifted to us during the holiday event... (though that was placed in a different location...)

Can you please provide the screenshots that show this situation. Also what kind of well is it that is being depleted so quickly?

I saved them as a richtextdoc.rtf (wasn't thinking) is there some where I can send it too as an attachment?
