Why are we also LAST?

Either the BB internal teams over in Germany are really bad at communicating with the BB CMS in the US or we have really lazy CMs not doing their jobs.

I am always having to get my news from the .com before the .net

This is also the case during the start of Phase 2 of the balloon event where it was announced on the .com server when Phase 2 starts and when it started. And there was NO news on the .net not even an advance notice of when it starts nor it has already started.

Now I am finding the "Change Logs" for the maintenance this week not available as news nor is it available for feedback.

EPIC RAIDS
Challenging end game content that features:
• Challenging adventures for high levels.

• New shop category.

MILITARY OFFER
A special shop category that is available only for a limited time. It consists of items such as hired troops, specialists, floating residences and more.

GUILD MARKET CHANGE
Some time ago, the first international community vote was held related to the upcoming changes in the guild market. The guild market offer was updated with the maintenance to include the item you chose during the vote - the Silo - and other new items.

EXPERIENCE POINTS CONVERSION (for 50 level players)
As a first step, a brand new resource has been implemented to the game: Star Coins (not tradable and available only for level 50 players).
• All level 50 players will be no longer receive experience points for adventures, rather they will receive Star Coins instead.
• The epic raid adventures are an exception: instead of XP/Star Coins, level 50 players will be receiving additional Magic Beans from them.
• A special script that was executed during the maintenance converted all experience points that were acquired from adventures after reaching level 50 into Star Coins. The script affected only level 50 plazers.

IMPROVEMENTS
• Several improvements related to the trade system.
• The process responsible for updating the friend list has been improved.
• Several timing issues were fixed.

BUGFIXES
• It was not possible to visit all friends' islands.
• The "Death to the Leaders" quest was not working properly.
• In some cases the "cancel" button was not showing up while buffing friends.
• Sometimes, the last resources extracted from mines, wells and fields were not added properly to a storage.
• Some resources were not added correctly to a storage after demolishing a building or cancelling orders in the Barracks and Provision house.

The front of BB .com shows the news for "Test Servers" and discusses collectibles and mentions the change log for this week.

Yet our news page does not have that. Both sites show the trailer. But the news for test server and change log was skipped or left out.

While i agree, i think its unfair to say that our BB's are wimps and don't do their job.

However, if (and when) the BB's fail to produce news like change logs, this is a critical error, in both how the players can/will react, and a bad habit in of itself.

they might as well post a notice saying don't bother reading .net news. go to .com for more up-to-date news.

It looks like for the 5 fairy tale advs: the first one can have two-different follow up advs, and those 2 each has a different potential followup adv. no idea on odds.

If you haven't noticed. We haven't gotten the changelog like we used to. They seem deliver it hours later after the other servers have theirs already in place. This has been going on for quite a while to my knowledge. It eventually gets posted just always last. You get use to it and wait or go to the other sites first.

I think it's around 5:00am Eastern Time when items are posted on the websites from overseas. I had noticed that a few times when I was posting voucher codes.

Since Ubisoft's North American headquarters is in San Francisco that would make it 2:00am Pacific Time.

At that time in both Germany and at Ubisoft's Headquarters in Montreuil, France it's 8:00am. Perfect time to start a work day.

So if we have someone from the US headquarters posting any new information for us, we'll always be getting that about 6 hours later. It's that or we have someone from overseas working for the US servers that finishes their work day before noon on our clocks.

I think it's pretty safe to say that for anything, Europe will always have it first or finish first and we'll always get it last or finish last. Nothing to do with rankings or preferences. It's more of an earth rotating around the sun thing.

I've already gotten used to going to the .com first. The .net is always last or almost never with any news that should be posted.

The biggest example was the fiasco of the Phase 2. They didn't get us the 1 day notice of when it will begin. And the DAY OF phase 2 when it started - the other servers had an announcement saying phase 2 started. We didn't get a single piece of news that day.

Terrible.

It's Thursday already. over 12 hrs after maintenance completed and yet we don't have change log news. Or a statement saying maintenance has completed. Servers back online etc.

Terrible.
