Guild Quest Bugged? or bad design? for cannons

Got a guild quest that says "Shooting gold" asking me to pay 20 cannons from storage.

first off. as a level 46, I can't even produce cannons yet. you would think that they would design the quest to be level appropriate.
secondly, i'm not buying cannons from TO, just for silly guild coin rewards. The rewards is NOT worth the cost of buying cannons.

please fix this. or redesign this to be a bit more level appropriate. reward should give me something else in addition to guild coins to make it a fair trade.
