and still no word from a BB this is horrible i mean come on and at least lie to us. just do something you! Is everyone really that incompetent to give us a reason or time table it will be fixed. Not a very well run business IMO. Good thing they are not the NSA

Ya, someone needs to be on top of customer service. Or maybe their server is down and they can not respond. A total mission impossible computer take over just happened.. ooooo.. hay that could be a new adventure..
