The server is currently up and running properly. If you are still having a problem connecting to the game can you pleas provide further information so we can better help you.
Im having trouble getting into Ares myself, it gets to loading and then just stalls and doesnt load

having a problem on zeus as well. Won't get past loading map screen.

7:05 am EST and 'connection failed' message STILL up. Is it maintenance or not? If so, why the connection failed message instead of maintenance?

We all understand technical problems happen, even with the routine, but a lack of information is just...unprofessional. It displays a disregard (and lack of respect) for the playerbase.

Are they this unprofessional for the .com? or do they reserve it for the .net alone? Honestly, "we know there's a problem but don't know exactly what's causing it to do about it at the moment" is perfectly acceptable -- hey, it happens -- but when you commit (via generic error message) to provide info on the homepage, forum, twitter, or whatever, you do it or you look far less competent than the above quote.
