We need to force some professionalism out of them. Technical problems happen, it's part of life. Not following up on commitments presented to users is a conscious choice to be unprofessional.

yes very unprofessional to say the least not sure how these people conduct themselves during the work day or what kind of ethic standards this company has but it seem to be very poorly run and a simply reply with any kinda of thought would be appreciated that message on the homepage seems more of a slap in the face then anything.
