Unfortunately, there is 45 sec delay between foresters and cutters. What it means with current mechanics on test it looks like this:
Lev 3 forester makes 3 trees in 1 spot. Lev 3 cutter comes around and cuts those 3 trees, goes back drops it in Storehouse and comes back to the spot BEFORE it is replenished (45s delay between those 2 on work cycle). Since the spot is empty the cutters go to next near spot wondering around.
Lets say you have lev4 forester: It makes 4 trees in 1 spot. The cutting boys (lev3) come around and cut 3 of them. 1 is left. Than before the forester can replenish this spot with another 4 trees the cutters come around again and... only come home with 1 tree even thought they are lev3 (because there is only 1 tree left ion that spot)
This is a logistic mess and it will totally screw the ratios needed to keep up with some predictable wood/coal production. If BB wants to make foresters/cutters in line with farm/silos than the timer got to be changed on both to 1:1 ratio. This way cutters/foresters can be kept on same level with predictable wood production. Of course since that would require 1 forester for 1 cutter (as now on life the ratio is 2:3) perhaps some adjustments to coal amount needed for producing anything can (should) be made as well.
A change like this (as it is on test) is not acceptable. I hope BB devs take this under consideration BEFORE they put this in life as it is. Come on Community, wake up, before it is too late and you will really have to redesign your whole island. If you have the extra 20-30 Bldg Lics...
