Been a week now with no new guild quests, sent a ticket in and got the we are aware of the the problem, In the mean time no one in my guild can do them. Is BB going to make it up to us or just ignore us.

after talking with BB it seams we are not worth them fixing the problem, just another US is not worth there attention
Our Guild quest is not working either. Has a new one in waiting but will not activate so we can do it.
Our guild hasn't had guild quests in 3 weeks now. we have sent tickets in asking when it might be fixed, but the answers we get back is they are working on it.
we all have gotten the same computer generated response now. Foes anybody know how to push them into fixing this problem ?
several in our guild are now refusing to spend more money on the game till it is fixed. can't say that i blame them..

we had to disband guild and reform it, it works fine now. BB advised against it but it worked
Shouldn't have to disband a guild to fix a problem... ours haven't been working either, started out that half the guild had one, the other half didn't, then it was only one person who had one, now no one does.... keep adding all this new stuff, but can't seem to fix the old problems.... sigh
I told my guild members to send in a support ticket everyday till it gets fixed.
That's really not going to make it happen any faster. They must be aware of the issue by now, so doing that only spams the support tickets and waste time by who ever has to look at them. Fixes take time and if it only happening to a portion of the server it takes longer to isolate the problem and figure out how to fix it without breaking everyone quests.
This is definitely an issue of which we are aware. There will be a guild quest reset this week along with a 100 guild coin gift for all active guild members. If your guild is experiencing this issue, only the guild leader should report it to support in order to reduce the number of duplicate tickets.
