Last Island zone

I cleared the last Bandit camp out the markers surrounding the zone turned blue, but the zone will not let me use it. I can't build or move buildings into that area nor can I locate any of the resources / mines in that area.

I have cleared cookies & Cache
I have rebooted my computer (a number of times now)
I use Firefox browser version: 23.0.1
I have tried using both IE & chrome with the same results

Any help or ideas would be welcome


**** UPDATE ****

Ok after deleting firefox and reloading it LOL . It is now working.
No clue what was going on but it seems to be happy once again.
