Seems so, im still locked out....
and we blame you for them removing the gems for friends too
Yeah they want to keep me out of the game until they have officially removed gems for friends. Atleast I bought enough gems from other people to add 2 more gem pits to the island. Now if only i was able to log in and play......
make that 3* additional pits
send them to me when you do

TrueHead - you will have to wait until next server maintenance for that to be fixed. Its not a focus upon you personally, sometimes it just happens, a zone crashed another zone and bam ur locked out...
What you need to do though for Reals- Is immediately submit a support ticket, so they know .... and follow the instructions.... to submit to technical support.

Same just happened here too. Server Zone Crashed. An error was detected on this zone. Please try again. No luck logging back in.
Im on my 3rd time this happens, Server crashed and then Error detected cant log back in for a few hours.
Server Zone Crashed yet again. Seriously??- please fix asap
i have suffered 3 of these horrible server crash zones, usually only lasts 3-8 hrs. i log off, clear cache, and wait a few hrs then try again. if it doesnt work i try a different browser.
this is all after i send a support ticket about the issue, they have yet to respond with even a "were sorry to hear your having issues"
