Every time I've logged in for about 2 weeks, after I close the box that has the recent news, my quest log opens up without me clicking on it, so I have to close it to continue playing.
Is this a known issue or am I an isolated problem?

It's happening to me too.
No new quest, but it pops up anyway without clicking on it.
