Stalled collections

I went to create a "Country Saying" and the window popped up saying "5 minutes 0 seconds" and nothing happened. I waited a couple hours and it was still stuck on "5 Minutes 0 seconds." There was no way to cancel it so, thinking this was a one-time glitch, I went ahead and paid the 15 gems to make it instantly. I then proceeded to try again. Same thing...it's stalled on "5 minutes 0 seconds." Has anyone else had this problem?

I'd like to get this fixed (and hopefully get my 15 gems back if it's truly a glitch and not a user error).

Did u refresh? sometimes it kicks it back into real mode or whatever...

I did not check with tech support prior to posting here because I wanted to make sure it wasn't user error before bothering them. Since then, I have emailed them and haven't received a response, but that could be because of the long weekend.

And yes, I have logged off and back in and it's still stalled.

Update: I received a response from tech support saying that others have mentioned this problem and they're looking into it. I was given 100 gems to repay the 15 I spent and to use the others as I please.

I appreciate their timely response. I hope they fix the problem because I'd like to build more collections without using gems to do so.

This happened to me, send a ticket to support, they gave me the gems to complete
