Server Zone Crash
"An error was detected on your zone. Please try again."
I keep getting this message after trying to load my map.
Prior to this happening I had a friend buff some gold mines with that green smokey buff and when I tried to apply a light buff to the mines I was kicked out of game and ever since then I haven't been able to reload the map.
I have restarted my computer, refreshed and opened a new browswer, deleted cookies and history, cleared java and flash cache.
Still no luck resolving this.
Any help would be appreciated.

To add to this, from what I've read I have to be patient and wait 24-48hrs, or for there to be a daily reset.
But it's rather frustrating considering I've just taken all my gold production chain buildings off sleep for the purpose of buffing them, and now they are running unbuffed and my gold mines will likely collapse wasting further resources.
For someone reasonable new to the game and rather poor, I can't afford to be throwing resources away like this. Is there anyway to be compensated?

just happened to me.
I sent in a ticket.
Hope I get back in fast. my buildings are running un-buffed :(

I cant even get past the loading screen with Santa on it. I have tried reloading it several times. and cant get past it. To me having my buildings going unbuffed is normal, but not getting to open the door for today for the special reward and it going towards the gold tower worries me.

I had this issue a week ago. It took 8-9 hours till I could sign back in the game from the loading screen.

Server Zone Crash
I had the same issue about a week ago and AGAIN today :mad: I've also done the usual clear flash player cache, cookies, tried different browsers, different computers, blah blah. I even deleted my browser and flash player files and reinstalled and nothing works. This seems to happen most when people are moving or tearing down gem item buildings, so allowing this bug to persist for over a few months already is just an amazing business concept. It also appears there really is nothing you can do it's server side and you have to wait for a daily board reset which I assume is at the same time daily quests reset but I haven't checked. So after reading through as many forum posts as I could find I have not seen a response from any official as to what is going on or if there really is anything you can do besides sit there in frustration. Don't bother submitting a ticket I'll save you the 1-48 hour wait time on the response.

1: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.

3: Before logging into the game clear your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.

5: Try using another one of the supported web browsers for the game: Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome.
Please be aware that having multiple Flash applications at once will cause lag, server crashes, and flash crashes. Please try to limit the number of Flash based web applications you have running while trying to play the game to have the best experience. Such applications include YouTube, Pandora, and other Flash based games.

Zone error Crash #11 , 12 , 13 oh why count anymore.
Happened over the weekend. lost over 24hrs of gameplay.
I'm requesting some sort of compensation this time.
