Hello, does anyone know if the "Pathfinder" explorer skill also reduces the times for the artifact or rarity skills, or is it just for the normal treasure searches and quest searches ?

Yes, pathfinder skill @ 15% shortens the search time from 12 hours to 10 hours 48 minutes for artifacts.
