Roaring Bull "blended guide" FAST MAP
1st - All credit to EvilJ - His guides are the best and I am a big time disciple.
2nd - What I am posting here, perhaps is the result of a mechanical failure I am making on EvilJ guides; I acknowledge this.
PROBLEM I am solving: The C3 Block on EvilJ's Veteran Cannon and Major General Guides fails too often for me and the cost of failure is steep. It is either a mistake I make OR the long duration of the WT to fall causes the blocking battle to fail too often.
BLENDED SOLUTION:
ROARING BULL - DOMESDAY's EVILJ BLENDED GUIDE
CAMP NUMERATION & SEQUENCE USED BELOW - EvilJ Veteran General Guide only - BUT
ATTACK CONFIGURATIONS (below) originate from two other EvilJ guides as well.
PURPOSE: to avoid the difficult C3 block from Veteran and Major Guides that fails - in my humble opinion - from time to time because the WT takes a long time to bring down.)
START with the THREE positions safe for diagonal attacks from Evil J Veteran Cannon Guide, X1, X2 and X3. X1- normal general, X2 Major Gen or Vet, X3 BHG
C1 - 47 recruits & 223 elites
C2 - 136 recruits, 1 elite, 133 cannon
C3 - 118 recruits, 32 bow, 120 cannon
C4 - 1st wave: 161 bow USE POSITION X3 for this wave
2nd wave - 270 cavalry
C5 - BLOCK 65 elite 135 cavalry
WT1 ( the middle of the three) - 107 recruits, 54 bow, 109 cannon
MOVE to Evil J Veteran guide X3 and X4
C6 - BLOCK 37 elite 150 cavalry
WT2 ( the first of the three) 129 recruits 1 elite 140 cannon
Move to Evil J X7 & X8
C7 - BLOCK 1 recruit
WT3 - 210 recruits, 1 elite, 59 cannon
ANALYSIS - we lose the bowmen from 1st wave on C4 but save a few recruits - in exchange for ZERO RISK with the C3 block.
Keep on ridin' and THANK YOU EVIL J
