Loot spot contract. Please post constructive criticism.

I wrote this due to the many instances of grief surrounding loot spots. Comment away.

I am sure some will like it but of no use to me since all my LS go to guild members free.

I appreciate everyone who has contacted me with support and comments. A few people have pointed out that I should mention these are not my rules nor am I forcing anyone to do anything. What I have done here is place into writing the very culture surrounding loot spot selling and trading. I was taught these and I teach them to others when I come across new players.
