Cool down on moving buildings

WOOT they fixed the 'Move Buildings' feature and got rid of that stupid cool down crap :)

No more cool down but I have had 2x Error Zone crashes during this event.
I crashed nobles to replace them with Witch towers and Frozen manors.
Then I moved a few new buildings and then SHA-BAMMM Error happened.
It's ok I don't rage over it. Everything about this game is slow going but rewarding
