So there is another thread about using the weak point potion in BLT. Here is my question why cant we use it on the witch tower in DB. There does not seem to be any restriction stated so why not. Just somewhat disappointing as this would have been a good use for this potion.

I agree ranged support can be used. I am not claiming it cant. I am claiming that weak point potions cannot. There is nothing stated anywhere as to why it wont let you. Let me think this out it will take 6 maybe 7 ranged supports to take out the witch tower. Or i use 67 cav take out one type of unit right away. I then use 2 weak point potions if it removes firedancer and dancing dervish i have one attack left losing only a few recruits and militia. So my way is 67 cav + 2 weak point and then recruits + militia verse the 7 ranged support. Its not that ranged support doesnt work but it does take more of them and more star coins to defeat the same camp. There are no restrictions written about the weak point so why cant we use it. Its not that there arent other ways just stating that weak point potions should be allowed.
300 cav+2 ranged support = win
But with 6 or 7 ranged support -- you don't need to take out anything else. You can skip the whole adventure --- those 300 cav come with a couple hundred other support troops to get there.

Weak Potions on the Tower in Dark Bro is currently bugged. It works on the test server because they fixed it to work on the witch tower.
Live server only ranged support works on the tower right now.
