When I first login and then just about every half an hour thereafter, the 'completed quest' flag comes up; I open it and it shows "Longbows" - Finished tasks are 'Own at least 50 Longbows." Doesn't matter if I click on Claim Reward or Close - it keeps coming up and is extremely annoying. Doesn't show up in my quest book.
