Hi all,
This is a new item you can purchase for 95 gems when the 2013 Christmas event starts. I bought 20 of them on the test server and this is what I received.
2 Pavilions (decorative item)
2 Large Christmas Trees (decorative item)
1 Raving rabbid Statue
2 Frozen Manors (holds up to 140 settlers)
6 Arctic Mines ( level five when placed after your geo finds a iron spot)
7 Pirate Houses (holds up to 50 settlers)
Is the pirate house tradeable?
Think it's called Pirate Residence, which is tradeable.
Out of the 30 that I bought, I got 1 imp storehouse, 6 frozen manors, 5 arctic iron mines and 1 pirate residence, rest was pavillion and blah.
Overall a pretty good investment imo.
On the test server you can sell it in auction house.
Thanks, I was afraid to get an artesian well and I see it could be even worse, passing my turn and keeping my gems! :P
