Building license not returned

Have heard others complain too - I've had to tear down stone and copper mines, pinewood forester (had too many) and I am for CERTAIN that I am not getting the building license back - finally got down to no licenses, then I tried to replace a depleted copper mine - license did not come back - HOW DO I get my license back ? I figure I'm owed about 5 total.

In the case of depleted mines, the licenses are returned the moment the mines deplete rather than when you tear them down. You can certainly contact support and we can check your building vs. license count specifically if you have more concerns about this issue.
