It might be a trade house issue. We also cannot put up a trade asking for more than 25 of any type of deposit. It's a big drawback and I think both these things must be unintentional, and hope we can get feedback on them soon.
Another idiotic move by BB. makes the things next to worthless. I am not going to send 44 trades every 9H 51M
