I have completed the post cards quest and it has not regeistard so I waited a day and tried again and it still wont regestar completed

I have completed the post cards quest and it has not regeistard so I waited a day and tried again and it still wont regestar completed
I completed the hiding place by doing " invasion of the nords" and it will not credit me my quest reward for completing it
Is this perhaps a "waiting" quest?
