Has anyone else noticed segments of road disappearing when they log off? It seems like whenever I lay down new road, when I log back on the curved segment is missing, but only for new roads.
I'm also unable to move buildings. When I open the building menu, the option is grayed out but won't say why. It doesn't matter if my building queue is empty or not. Anyone else having that issue?
The roads cant be build for certain areas areas. No idea why it just always been that way. The move feature was disable and will be re-enabled in a bit when they fix the bug.
This is definitely a new problem. I've laid road down in these same areas without issue. The roads are there when I log off, and then when I log back on, there are numerous segments missing with clean cut edges I could not create if I wanted to. If I fill them in again with road, the next time I log in they're missing again. It's been like this since the last update. Right next to these holey roads, there are old roads with no such issues, which I laid months to years ago.
Yeah I having the road problem, its new for sure as I've laid the same roads on other servers in the past without problems
if there is a stump or bush on the spot it will let you lay down the road but dissapears after a bit also in "swappy" areas it will do the same, and since they serve no purpose other than deco. roads only will get in the way of buildings

Yep, having the same issues, and it's not about the patches of grass/bush or whatever that covers some areas up, no it's new roads, specifically corners and intersections, they can be perfectly visible until you log out or go to an adventure, come back and missing.
Same issue with disappearing roads for me. Problem seems have appeared after the latest maintenance.
yes, have road segments disappearing too, and now i am apparently locked out of game because "an error has been detected on this zone. try again" I didn't even get to open up today's advent door, there goes my gold tower....
During the event if I build roads and log off, mine are also not there when logging back in.
I bet things will get better soon. Just give the BB's the time to correct the server

was doing a mass re-arranging of my island and after about 3 sectors were arranged moving a builing dropped me from my island and told me to contact support in a pop up.

It's been back for a while, I had this problem a month ago then about 3 days ago again. I contacted Support and their response was: Oh ya, just wait it out pretty much. I was not thrilled. I don't complain a lot on their actions. But if that's it, then I'm not seeing what they promised us for a while coming to light.
I am also receiving this error. It just started tonight after moving a few buildings.
I am too, I just started it tonight by tore down a few noble residents and built a few frozen manors and that contact support window pop up and then that was it. I couldn't log in my game no more. I hope they will take care of that bug soon.
It's a known bug. It has NEVER been fixed. After you tear down a building. You wait 5 min or so. Then you construct the other one then you don't have this problem. This is my advice, if you deconstruct and reconstruct too quick the game crashes. You will not be able to log in for about 3-7 hrs. Sometimes more, and very rarely you will lose everything. This was a known issue over a month ago, the mods added a time after moving buildings trying to fix this, did not work
the mods removed the move building button for a couple weeks
the mods added the move building button, the problem was fixed for the mass majority of players including myself and lordstevie as well as a few others,
within the last week it looks like the issue has returned

Oh I know they believe it was fixed, but if it's back, obviously it was never fixed in my book. They attempted it. Failed. It's somewhere else in the code that causes this problem.
Update: Everything is working fine now.
I've had this error a few times. Now I only do one process at a time and wait a minute or more in between and haven't had any more problems. All I can suggest is be patient when rearranging, building and deleting.
I am also having this same road missing problem but it is only with new road segments i lay down anything that was laid down 2-3 weeks ago doesn't change
Can confirm this problem. Started happening mid-way through the xmas event after that maintenance patch.
And newly laid roads just keep disappearing randomly. Annoying because I've moved a few buildings around (also buggy) and tried to rebuild roads for a more optimal fit.
Should be pretty easy for BB to fix, just undo whatever you did last maintenance patch to cause this.

I don't think my island is all that big but the most recent roads I've built go away. They have missing sections over and over and in ways I could not delete using the remove roads tool. A large portion of this game is just looking at your home island and it bothers me that they are missing. I replace them and then when I log in they are gone again. screenshot attached for refrence

I do hope this is being fixed. I realize it must be a low priority bug due to it's non-impact on the functioning of the game, but it's very annoying.
Any update on this issue, it's been 2 months now and nothing has been changed. Surely it can't be a hard fix just undo whatever you did prior to the 2nd week of the xmas event....
I understand that this is a low priority bug since it is purely aesthetic. But this is looking pretty sloppy and will not instill any confidence in new players. If I were new to the game, I might reconsider continuing.
