Yet Another Server Zone Error and LOCK OUT OF THE GAME.

Yes, YET ANOTHER Server Zone Crash. At 2:35am EST on 12/20/2013 my game crashed and up came the following message.
"Server Zone crashed" "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again".
I have now tried five (5) times and I cannot get on. Two different computers, three different internet browsers, STILL NOTHING.
Yes, I have submitted another ticket and I am locked out.

I just rebuild 3 Gold Mines and took 1.5 hours to find them. This is ridiculous, my game was flawless and perfect last week, now a NEW maintenance and BANG I crash less than 24 hours later. WHAT IS GOING ON.?

Now I am going to file a real complaint about this game with what I am losing. This is just WRONG and driving me crazy. Can't you fix this game once and for all. I had 3 gold mines, just built. NOW I WANT YOU TO CORRECT THIS and put back my full mines as they were being built to be shut off.

I would love too, but it is so hard when you game is broken for over 5 months, you submit ticket after ticket and ZERO follow up and ZERO follow thru from anyone. A simple real mail would be nice. I have asked several times to just move my physical server to another that is not full of bugs and NOTHING.

It's tuff and hard to justify spending real money on a game that you cannot get a good game to play. Why do I bother.?

So you know, I am the Guild Leader of a 90+ person and I have purchased 7 Ultimate Gaming Cards for a Lottery Draw for my guildies. Yes, I play this game and I support it. I have over 40+K Gems right now. I have spent a great deal on this game, so if you think I am complaining, YES I am. I am pissed that this keeps on happening to me and for the lack of contact from Support.

Can you understand that I am one of the people here who support this game and pay to play it.

Frustrated is how I feel and to not get a mail back from Support telling me anything would be nice. Not some automated mail and to go to the forums, a real mail saying we know there is an issue and we are working on it. We expect it to be fixed "X", doesn't Support realize a simple mail goes a long way or do they just sit behind a computer and not care at all.

So, tell me, why do I bother playing a broken game.? Why do I sit here and wait for nothing to happen.?

My game was perfect for 1 week, I guess that's my Christmas Gift from the BB for all of my support on the game. Only to tease me and now take that away. My game is not only BROKEN, it is back to being slow again. Well, that's when it was working. Time to log on and get more frustrated.

Why bother asking for things that I know wont happen. Merry Christmas all and this game really makes me wonder why I am here.
