Pay fish from storage

I am really new here...the quest tells me to pay 80 fish from my storage....I have the fish but don't know what to do now to complete the quest...help please

You will need to click on your quest book in the upper left corner under your avatar portrait. find the quest in question and open it, click on the "Pay Resources" button. If the option is not available, make sure that the quest is not listed under "Waiting Quests". If it is listed there, then you need to complete your current daily quest before you can complete the waiting quests. I hope that is helpful.
