Inconsistant treatment on complaints and gifts from the Christmas doors

I want to comment on the differences in the gifts behind the doors. Some doors give granite to some and e wood to others, some give 80 presents to some and 50 to others. Why the inconsistency? Also a member of our guild reported the bug with the corners of his roads disappearing and they sent him gems. Another player reported that he logged in everyday and opened the doors daily but they did not give him his gems for logging in for two weeks in a row for logging on seven days straight and they didn't do anything for compensation. Why the inconsistent treatment?

In adventures you have a percentage chance of getting e wood or granite as loot but some almost always get the granite and others almost always get the e wood. One member of our guild has kept track for a month and she does more adventures than any other member and all she has gotten for over a month is e wood for loot. This should be fixed. The same is true of the epic buildings I get the dark castle in my loot on a regular basis and I have given them to other guild members that never get a dark castle as part of their loot> I have gotten so many that I have given almost everyone in our guild a dark castle. BB please address this issue.

I've been grinding Surprise Attack for 2 weeks. I've gotten e-wood each time with one time getting granite. I've played it about 18 times now, so you would think Granite would have hit more than that.

you dont always get granite from adventures either, there are several chances at each door and you get something random from there

This demonstrates a basic misunderstanding of random numbers. A statistical chance (e.g., % of drop) is only evident over extremely large numbers (in the millions) and local numbers may vary wildly. A friend of mine has opened 11 architect boxes and gotten 5 Frozen Manors, nearly 50% though the statistical chance is 7%, while another opened 30 and not a single FM. It is entirely possible to run an adv 100 times and get the same loot every time. Nothing needs to be 'fixed' unless the overall number across all servers running the same code show a mismatch. And most statistical-chance code works like this: random(100): numbers from 1 to 10 get X, 11-17 get Y, ...98-100 get Z. So unless the random number function* within the language is FUBAR, it is random and no matter how unlikely, it can still happen w/o anything being broken.

* "Random Number" is something of a misnomer, the numbers aren't truly random (true randomness in nature is virtually impossible) however they are highly scattered and do a fair approximation of mathematical randomness.

i chuckled when my fiance opened up her door today and got 70 presents.. i opened mine and i recieved 50 being around 8 lvls higher then here (max lvl)

some people need to learn what RNG is with small sample sizes.

I have a missing road corner too. I didn't think to complain.

Man i'm not getting enough free stuff

I've more problems with the hunting for adventure thing (on the RNG topic). At least with e wood you get something worth while, even if it's not what you wanted. With adventures, there are so many that are not even worth the cost of exploration because they suck so bad you won't ever do them, and can only sell them for like 20 gold lol.
