The deal was only available for one day, if you missed out on the deal you can grab it when it comes back soon! :)
I don't think he/she means the sale. The package itself is missing. There's usually 5 options, but the $9.99 one isn't showing right now. Yesterday the $24.99 package wasn't showing on my screen.
Okay, thanks for the clarification. We are currently looking into the issue with the buying options not being able to be seen or selected for purchase. If you send in a support ticket to us we will be able to investigate the issue further and provide any support we can to address the issue.

I have the same issue here. Several other guildies mention the same problem as well, although it seems like just as many report no issue.
Still having the same problem. I put in a ticket with support. The response I've gotten so far was that it may be a graphical bug, but I find that very hard to believe that 3 different laptops, using 3 different browsers, and my cell phone all have the same "graphical issue" keeping the $9.99 pack from showing in the shop.
Funnily enough, I can see the pack in the shop just fine if I'm signed off. The moment I sign on, the $9.99 options disappear.

Submitted on 2/5, I got a response to try buying the package while signed off on 2/9. I replied same day with screenshots proving why that doesn't work.
I haven't heard back. Your online support form doesn't support attaching screenshots to demonstrate the problem. What are the next steps to fix your store for me?

I joined the game in October 2013. Purchased the $9.99 sale twice - November 2, 2013 and December 25, 2013 (Ares server). Purchased again during Mega Gem sale on December 26, 2013. Now, the $9.99 package is only available during Mega Sales. It used to be a "regular" item in the gem market shop with a flag stating better deal or bargain deal (?). After the update to remove Christmas Event, it disappeared. Please bring it back.

Confirmed what Another me said. Logged out u can see all the packs, logged in, both 9.99 packages disappear. also tried different browsers and clearing cache, same result

Hey I think I know whats the problem!
There's a one-time special package that you may buy, its somesort of starter package, you get 3500 gems for $9,99
When its bought, it disappears.
So there might be a script error that removes both the regular and special $9,99 package after buying the special $9,99 package, this is probably the cause here because my regular $9,99 option disappeared right after buying the special 3500 gems for $9,99 package.
especially because I witnessed this disappearance myself, this might be the cause

that's a good theory Louisa, and it may be connected somehow, but i never bought the started pkg, and i cant see either of them when logged in.
Special thanks to DeVonee, psaltery and Another_Me for bringing this issue to our attention. We have confirmed that it's as TSO_Louisa said. There is a $9.99 starter package that is available for purchase - one time only. When a player purchased the starter pack, both it and the regular pack disappeared. This should be fixed soon. Again, thanks for providing the information and screenshots, it really helped in identifying the issue promptly.
