anyone else notice??

if you live in the eastern time zone, your premium account runs out 3 hours before its ment too?? i have sent in 3 tickets regarding this and have been told it lasted the alotted time it was ment to.....i know for a fact it did NOT last the time it was suppose to.....i started it at 12:37ish am and it ran out 9:50pm the next night......it did the same on my hubby's account and also another friend of mine had the same problem....i was told by support that it did not happen this way and it lasted the 24 hours it was suppose to....so apparently my computer clock/ my TV clock and my microwave clocks are all wrong. and i also cannot tell time....so please if you live in the eastern time zone WATCH your premium account time and see when it runs out.....

Jadedsoul, I apologize for the issues you have experienced thus far with your Premium Time not being active for the full 24 hours. I am starting an investigation into this issue now and will need about 24-48 hours to fully investigate the issue. I will post my conclusion here once I have completed the tests.

i wasent so much mad that my time ran out.....( it made me a little angry but not much) what made me angry was basically in not so many words being called a liar....i dont send tickets in hardly if at all ( unless it has to do with gems) and then when i do send one in finally i am brushed off and then told i am seeing things?? i do know how to tell time and i have 3 clocks in view all telling me the same time so im sure im ok on that level....i also have a friend who is an hour behind me in time zones and even she said it should not have run out so soon.....but im glad i finally said something because who knows how many people have been buying premiums and not getting their full time on them....not very fair if you ask me if they are paying real money for them and then not getting their moneys worth.....i just hope its fixed and nobody else gets cheated

I am not certain it is only with the Eastern time zone as I am in Mountain and I have experienced early ending as well. I wasn't totally certain since I had started it 30 days earlier, but when I saw your thread it made me think that it was likely.

I tested this issue myself and did not find any issues, I started a new account and purchased 1 day of premium time at 9:01pm and was still able to use premium features until about 9:13pm the following evening. This does not mean there are no issues but I have reported the problem to the appropriate people to get the issue addressed as soon as possible.
