Server Zone crashed (again and again and ...... )

This is becoming a regular occurence and it doesn't seem like it is a high priority with you guys. Looking back through forum posts on this matter, it's been going on for quite some time. I am a paying supporter of this game. As such, I expect it to be functional. If you don't have the expertise to fix this problem maybe you should hire some. Don't bother responding with your regular computer generated response to make me think you might be paying attention. Would be nice to know what is being done to resolve this problem while I sit here holding my breath for a reset. Not impressed! Thanks for no help. philtaz2 :mad:

Clear your Cache out.

Dah! RomanGodCamper, I forgot to mention that I have tried all of the crap solutions to this problem including several different browsers, clearing cache even rebooting. I can't fix this, they have to.

Zone Error again .... tickets sent. getting tired of this

Zone Crashes/Lockouts occur for many different reasons, however when they occur if you wait about 24 hours it should fix itself. If it doesn't you can contact support, they can fix the issue for you.

I checked everyone's accounts here and fixed any locked zones I found. (If I say you have no locked zones, this is the current status from when I posted this message)

this is goin' on for me right now ~2 hours straight. have tried all listed solutions found in this and other similar forum posts. no-go. someone's up in my ls right now too probably steamin' like a choo choo

I just accepted a ls and boom, server zone crashed, cant log in for the last couple hours or more.

I have a locked adventure zone also :( messed my whole day up hoping it would fix itself.

i had a locked island for 5 hours after doing 2 conflicting processes less then 5 minutes of each other because the server didn't respond. how diligent do we really have to be at this point?
as of monday i also have had the major chat crashes as well.

please make the game more efficient for its players..not by adding new buildings right now..but by fixing what has been requested and known for months

If you are experiencing a server crash or lock, you can contact us and we can attempt to fix the issue as some can be resolved immediately. However more delicate cases require you to wait about 24 hours for the system to auto-fix the issue or error. Should you experience any further issues please do not hesitate to contact support. We greatly apologize for the complications with the zone errors and we will do everything we can to get you back into the game running!

Just sent a technical note - but in case you notice this: Domesday, Kimdar, and Sir-Ironmike zone crash on HLT. currently still crashed - for extended time -but not 24 hours yet.

Hi guys - I do apologize for the recent increase in locked zone errors. We are collecting more information about this issue so if it does occur, please send in a ticket to Support so we can gather the relevant information.

I know it's being worked on it but it is wide spread we are locked in a SLT

I've got a server zone crash happening. Invited a ls to SFTR and then crash. I've sent in a ticket, but I've heard nothing. Please fix.

Zone Crash here. I hope you guys find the root of this issue soon. These issues are becoming the norm.

I can confirm that this is something the developers are currently working on. As BB_Nellemose said, locked zones can occur in order to prevent any further damage to your island or account. This is the case for some locked zone situations, but not all of them. The increase in locked zones since the patch a few weeks ago has been noted and sent to the developers and they are working on solutions for it. That being said, locked zones are a necessary feature to prevent islands from losing progress and/or becoming corrupted, so players will continue to occasionally experience them, but our goal is to reduce the frequency. Right now, the best we can do is try to unlock the zones manually when you submit a ticket or wait until the automatic script is run every 24 hours. Hope this explains some things and again, thanks for your feedback!

Now I'm crashing when just trying to login; makes it hard to keep up with the daily rewards. :(

I got kicked out while clicking a collectable

Now when attempting to log in during the "loading map" phase I keep getting a
SERVER ZONE CRASHED
An error was detected in this zone. Please try again.
This is 100% not something wrong with my computer, as I cannot log in on any computer, and my wife has no problem logging into her account..
Even when another player tries to visit my island the game crashes, so clearing cache/different browser solutions will not work.

Hopefully BB can manually reset, or if I have to wait 24h, can you at least start some upgrades for me? j/k

I too would like a reset, this sounds like a serious flaw on BB's part! If I can't get into the game, I can't spend the gems I bought 2 days ago. Worked fine for an hour this morning; now I can't get back in. Goofy!

EDIT: this has gone on for much too long ... I want my money back please and thanks.

Oh no, not again! I'm zone locked! Everything was fine last night before maintenance but today when i login, as soon as I try to go to my CLT adventure I get an error and now can't get back in. Please unlock me :(

As you guys have noticed, the Zeus server has been taken down for emergency maintenance in order to address the locked zones issue. There is not a current estimate of downtime or when the server will be back online. I'll post in the appropriate channels when it is back up. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I was BeAsTiNg a HLT adventure and now I can't get in due to maintenance issues with other accounts. Sorry the game likes me but should I be punished because other players use too many gems for cheat building and got locked out of there island. SHEESH!!! Quit buying status and just dominate the game with home built buildings!!!

Now I remember why I quit about 9 months ago. Always adding new stuff and never fixing the old problems. Maybe I should have just stayed gone.

The last time the server crashed I lost a ton of stuff and had major issues with my island. Finally after tickets everyday and hounding every bb I ever saw on, about 2 months later they finally tried to compensate me for the problem. Then there was another server issue and I decided to take a break. I have been back on for about a week and already a server issue. DO YOU THINK IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE NEW CONTENT EVERYTIME??? (SARCASM!!!!!) FIX THE PROBLEMS THEN SEE ABOUT ADDING NEW ITEMS. Every major server error I have seen has come right after a Wed night maint!!! Started playing again thinking that they might have figured these things out but I guess not.

find a new game. tired after 14x zone errors, I cant even move buildings without something crashing.

This is our family members day to get gems for log in. That's 3 of us. Hope it is done and out of emergency service before midnight PST gmt -8 that is.

We went through and manually cleared some more locked zones. Before logging in again, please clear your browser's cache. Let us know if you still cannot get into the HLT.

i got server zone crashed 30 min ago. I was placing copper mine in S2 and i believe i clicked on green area where regular buildings can build. Coudl you unlock me pls..

man they nerfed something up bad. lots of ppl have been locked out. i have been locked out 4 days now guess its time to find another game to play :(... bb if ur read this HELP me my zone won't unlock bb rawren already tried.
