Brew Production Quest

I am currently at level 32. I have an unfinished quest called Brew Production. It is one of the main quests. I have Fertile Fields and Wells, completed and checked off. But, for some reason, the quests Farm Fields and Brewery will not complete. I know for Brewery to complete, Farm Fields need to finish. I have rebuilt the required items to see if that would work, sadly no. To be clear, I have built all level 1, a new storage, 2 farms and 2 wheat fields. no completion on Farm Fields. Could someone please help with any suggestion on this. Or could admin fix this for me. thanks
