Wah. :( I have the most updated one available to me. How can I fix this without having to splurge on a new laptop? n_n
Try a different browser.
Try clearing your browser cache and your Flash cache.
Contact Support if those things don't help.
You can also try the Google Chrome browser, as it has built-in Flash that is automatically updated. If that does not work, do as map42 suggests and try Support. :D
I'm in the same boat MessyJessy. What did the last maintenance install that wasn't there before?
chrome announces flash player crashed, kill or wait for pages to recover.
Type in "chrome://plugins/" into your chrome URL bar, and it'll bring up a list of plugins installed. Make sure Chrome isn't seeing two Adobe Flash Player installs - if it is, disable one, (I leave the one under the Chrome application path enabled), and restart. That's fixed a number of flash crashes for me, both here & in other flash-based games.
If you are using Linux, you will have to use Chrome. The latest update increased the minimal requirement to 11.2.202. To check the version installed and available, see Adobe's site: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Also, the other advice about making sure two players are not installed is sound.
chrome v32 currently has a bug (crashed pages, wait to recover) that will be fixed in v33
I am also unable to get in-game since the maintenance (in both Zeus and Aries), when I updated Flash as requested by the game.
I'm continuing to try.... I've got almost every single browser that exists downloaded, even the unpopular ones, in hopes. D:
Thanks for getting back to me everyone and I hope this can get fixed, it was working perfectly fine the night before I put up this thread.
SusanRoseC and messyjessy - if you haven't already submitted a ticket to Support, please do so if you are still experiencing this issue.
I have already submitted support tickets. I have updated them too. Got a reply to do all the things I already have done. I continue to try every evening to play on both serves and still refused entry. I have no trouble with any other website, including you tube movies, other games, etc. I do need to upgrade my O.S. however for various reasons (I won't go into here) will not be able to do that for several months. After I upgrade my O.S. I will be able to upgrade Firefox, Safari and Flash. At this point everything is upgraded as far as they can be upgraded. Everything was working fine until after this past maintenance. (forgot to mention that the upgrade for the O.S. requires spending $)

Susan, try this browser. I didn't have a bit of issues with it, and it seems to load the game faster/crash less often than other browsers i've used.

Thanks Salt, unfortunately it doesn't work on my version of O.S. I am still using Mac 10.5.8. I need to purchase the OS upgrade which is only on a disc and not available in the store if I just visit it, unless I arrange to buy it and have it delivered there to (one of) the Apple stores in NYC. I also need to buy a separate large hard drive (in order to save my music, bookmarks, many folders, apps and transfer them over to the new O.S. ) in a store too. (not an Apple store, they overcharge) and arrange to go to to N.Y.C. store to pick it up. This will be a complete sweep of my computer, wiping the whole thing clean, like a new computer and then using the disc to install the brand new O.S. On top of those two expenses I will need to take a car service to NYC which will cost round trip $95 which includes tip. Normally I would just have the hard drive from one store and the O.S. from the Apple store mailed to me, but my mail and especially packages frequently get "lost", and never arrive. This has happened so much that I don't purchase online anymore unless it can be downloaded. It looks like I will be waiting until the middle of April when I have my doctors appointment in NYC, when I will use the car service anyway and try to get the other 2 errands done (that is if I have the energy to do all this since public transportation around NYC takes time and a good amount of standing and walking, and I have serious health problems). I can do everything else I want to do BUT play TSO at this moment on my computer, so it is especially frustrating!
