Doesn't seem to work, refreshed the screen, nothing happened.
yes buffing can be a bit buggy / laggy. make sure u click the bldg firmly and wait till the screen darkens and lightens again before moving to the next bldg. Sometimes you click and it doesnt buff. Ive even seen it light up, but when i refresh it isnt. it looks like its taking baskets, but it corrects itself on your home island.
