I've run 8 SE adventures. So far MSE has dropped in 9 of 24 loot tables.
Will keep updating as more data comes in. It's in the 33%-50% range. Should add 1000gc to the SE LS price, based on drop rate and MSE value.

German Wiki suggests the drop rate is 30%
Seems very low based on my observed results.
Sounds encouraging...but I think you need at least 100 loot tables for a more realistic %.
then lot more ppl will run it then the price would drop
