OK, now how about someone telling me why I should replace my old silos with the new one. What would I have to do with the farms and wheatfields? Is this really a good idea? How would it improve my game? Thank you.
I am guessing the only reason to replace them would be to free up more space.
what I can I do if I cant log in? tried uplay & thu facebook & cant file a ticket. been playing for over two years now & spent a lot of money just to watch it go away. if you don't contact me soon i'll post to all friends that you didn't care to help & ripped me off
well threats dont help, esp if u havent filed a ticket. you have to verify your email before u can file a support ticket. you can also send a private mail to any of the bb team through the forums here, asking for assistance if you can't figure out how to do that. they're quite helpful.
can file if I cant get into the game just script comes up & can get in but this way
free up space if u have silos and farms.. many ppl do not have silos/farms so they are useless to them
what script? have you been banned? i know they were working on fixing the 'zone' lockout issue yesterday. sounds obvious, but i assume youve tried clearing cache and restarting browser? or another browser?

u dont need to be on game to send in a ticket, you are logged in and typing on forums, you can ahhviously go to homepage, click on help/support and then contact form at the bottom then fill out the info and send (that is how to send a ticket).
Hi peeps, Ive been having trouble with game all day. Started about 4-5 hrs ago when I logged on .Also a little bit late last night, but went to bed. Game loaded , I could acces trade, and and my inventory , but no buildings, couldn't do provisions, or upgrade mines etc.
So.........I ...cleared my cache AGAIN. Cleared the Flash cache etc etc. Now when I try to get on game goes through the load , and then I get "server call fail. Clear cache and restart browser" I have tried this on Chrome, IE, and Firefox and get the same thing

actually TH, i just tried it. u can be logged into the forums and not the game. (gotta be logged into the game to send ticket.) here's what it tells u when you're not logged into the game, and an email address to contact them::::

RGC, log out of the game and try to go to that link, what you see is what i posted in quotes. It asks you to log in to the game before you can send a ticket. He's saying he cant login to the game, so he needs to email support, at the address i posted.
Loggin into the game and being logged into the forums are 2 separate tasks. He's able to get here, but not the game.
Psaltery, You have to be logged into the game to post on the Forums as well. So it doesn't make any sense. I wasn't even playing the game and I was still able to get there from the Home Page.
Logging into the game and onto the forums you're using the Same Log-in user name. So it still doesn't make any sense.
I honestly don't know what you're trying to say due to the fact he's already logged into the game. You have to be logged into the game (at the home page) to go onto the forums and post. So it doesn't make much sense. You don't have to be physically in the game to go to the Forums or Support.
If the BIG PLAY NOW Button doesn't work for you, All you have to do is read the tabs at the left above the BIG PLAY NOW Button and look for "Help/Support" then click on that. The fact that he's posting on the Forums means that he's logged into the game on the Forums, just that he's having troubles hitting the Button or loading the game.
it is very possible to be logged into the forums, but be locked out of the game. you can even have 2 separate passwords for the forums and game. if you are logged out of the game but come to the forums to post, it asks you for your username and password. my username here is not my email for the game, and i use different passwords. remember the rollback? everyone was locked out of the game, but we were all still able to post to complain about it.
I guess support is your only hope. Good luck over the weekend.
had the same thing yesterday i even went as far as waving chicken feathers over my PC. support guys had to use thier magic wands to fix it. hurray for tech ppl

ever since the mant thursday afternoon i have been locked out. sent tickets nothing idk whats going on many ppl r having the same prob bb come on don't put new stuff put until u fix the old problems come on gaming 101. i have cleaned cache rebooted and even tried different browser still nothing. i am soooo glad i decided against buying gems. i will not support a game that treats players like this.
