My game is glitching badly also jack. Can't log in, when I can I get dropped, buildings aren't showing up, I can't drop buffs, can't attack in advents or can't see attacks happening when I can attack. Have the latest versions of Chrome, Explorer and Flash installed. No chat in Explorer. Internet connection and speed is fine. Sent a ticket. Dunno, but pissed off and not spending anymore money until it's fixed.
seems so wimpy its like they dont care anymore about our problems. still cant play as of this post maybe tomorrow will be better
Logging into the main website will automatically log you into the forums and the game.
To get into the game simply click "Play Now" and the game client will redirect you and begin to load.
To send a support ticket, you must be logged into your account and your account must be activated using the activation email that was sent to the email on your account when you signed up. Then you may go to this link, http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/help-and-support to submit a support ticket. If for some reason you are unable to see the form on this page or have not yet verified your account, you will need to contact us at this email account.support@castleempireonline.com with your player name, server, and issue.
@Howdy - I checked your account and found no locked zones or any suspensions that would otherwise prevent you from logging into the game, if you're still having issues logging in please try the steps below.
- Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.
- Make sure you are using the most recent version of Adobe Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
- Before logging into the game clear your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.

I also am having Zone issue. Dumped me out then tried to log back got error message of zone problem. Rebooted, cleared cookies and history. Didn't work. Then shut computer down. Restarted still same. Help
^^^ Same for the past 3 hours. Cleared cache, cleared Flash cache, tried different browsers.
I am experiencing some difficulties logging into my game. This is day three of the loading screen just sitting there and eventually going blank after I am assuming it times out. Cookies and other things have been cleared as well, still to no avail.

If anyone else is continuing to experience severe locked zone issues or is unable to log into the game at all, please respond in this thread and send in a ticket to Support.
Just started today, sent all generals to IOTP, clicked on adventure, clicked 'visit' and got 'error loading zone, please try again'
Since then it will give same error whenever I try to log in.(Actually it 'loads' the game THEN gives error:)

Just incase i get the 'did u try...' stuff, i have cleared cache, tried 3 browsers(Firefox, chrome, ie) yes, flash is updated, yes windows is updated, yes my computer is plugged in, yes my keyboard works :P

Yes, BB_Rawren. Thanks for giving this some attention. BTW, prepare Support for my irate email about the resources (especially gold chain) I'm losing while I cannot login AND my guildies cannot buff me because they get zone errors when viewing my island.
Not happy with BB right now (especially when I called Ubi and they said they don't support TSO and couldn't do anything to help).
im in the same boat had the whole gold chain running. ive lost so much from my mines i dont even wanna look :(. just hope its not to bad

Please, Please, Please add me to the list! I have been stuck in adventure since Feb 27th. Keep getting Server zone crashed message, cannot cancel either. I have sent in support tickets, contacted CL's and absolutely no response. Please fix my game! I have lost 5 days premium...going into 6 now.

Awesome, I am glad. We've checked these accounts for locked zones and found that most of them are not experiencing a locked zone error. It looks like most of them have been resolving themselves after a period of time, but for those that still cannot login, please try the following:
1: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.

Please be aware that having multiple Flash applications at once will cause lag, server crashes, and flash crashes. Please try to limit the number of Flash based web applications you have running while trying to play the game to have the best experience. Such applications include YouTube, Pandora, and other Flash based games.
I just tried all of these things and I am still getting the error... :(
That said... I use FB to log into the game.... so I also tried using the play now button that is on the FB page (https://www.facebook.com/CastleEmpireOnline). It tried to open the game in FB verses taking me to the usual place it takes me to when I have done that in the past...clicking on the play now button then gave me an error..
Next I tried going to the my apps area in facebook... and clicked on it from there.. that also gave me an error... 404 page not found...
So then I did a search in FB for the game...that got me to the log in page...http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/play clicked on the play now button and again Zone error...
I have to wonder could this have something to do with FB?

I have been meaning to move my account off FB per the instructions I found on this post ( http://forum.thesettlersonline.net/t...l=1#post204849) but am afraid to do it now while my account is already messed up...

BB_Rawren, am I one of those that have been resolved? It does not appear that way to me. I have done all of the things suggested...repeatedly over the last 7 days and still nothing. The other person stuck on the adventure, receiving the same message as I am..."Server Zone Crashed" is still experiencing the issue as well. Could you please update me?
We can only hope that tonights shutdown brings relief to the long suffering players of TSO. However, hope doesn't make it happen.
It seems they are fixing the players who cannot log in. But what about the players who can log in, but are stuck in adventures for days on end and losing premium time? The loss of premium time is the loss of hard earned money...not acceptable.
