Cannot change password/email

I cannot currently change my password or email. Same for my ares account. Everytime I try - i get that it says the password does not match for my current one. I do not currently have it connected with a facebook account. I log in with my password everyday.....it works to login, why not this?

A few others i asked to try this - also could not get it to work. Anyone else this feature not working for?
