They don't reply on Weekends I don't think
i have sent one on a monday and took a month for them to reply. i have sent many on weekdays and still takes forever for a response. its quit clear that they r under staffed.
Having been here a while, I have seen times when support was needed. They always fixed me up right quick.
They may have grown to the point where they need to add some support staff.
Perhaps some forum CL's to take preliminary support tickets and seek to resolve them before forwarding?
I agree with you ES. I think they are overwhelmed due to all the bugs that they have allowed to creep in. I always get at least a auto response.
agreed es. this is the first time ive been locked out over 24hr. just seems as more time passes in tso more bugs get in and dev just don't care it seems. they just add more stuff and shoot themselves in the foot.

Hey guys, it's been a while since I last posted! It's about time, right? I just wanted to let you guys know that we are reaching support tickets as quickly as possible, but we are human too. We want to give everyone a meaningful response and help however we can. It's true, support is a little slower to come than in the past, but we're getting through that quickly. We expect to have the response times back to normal soon. Thank you all for your patience with us while we work through this because we'd rather give you a meaningful answer a little late than be unhelpful but timely.

I understand the frustration. It is frustrating to us that we cannot easily-resolve this issue for you. Most locked zones can be fixed by manually unlocking the zone. However, your account appears to be affected by a larger issue that is not as easily-resolved. I can assure you that we are actively looking into a way to resolve this for you. When we have more information, we will send an update.
i know it is. the reason i am so mad as i am is i told support my game was getting bad but they didn't listen. now my game is gimped. it gonna take me weeks to get my stuff back i lost. im just glad i didn't activate my 30 day prem. i know support wont give me the stuff i lost even though it there problem.
zone locks are to avoid the corruption of data. be glad you didn't completely lose your account and have to start over.
i think you would really be ticked off then.
i don't know what else to tell you besides being patient, i know how frustrating zone locks can be (maybe not as long as you have had one) but it will be fixed sooner or later.
i just wish the core issue behind the increasing amount of zone locks, and chat crashes, and anything similar to that sort gets fixed soon. or this won't be the last thread on it either.
if my account got lost i would stop playing and play another game. i have got at least 30 locked zones since oct
Holy cow -- there must be something REALLY corrupted with your account. The only time I've ever gotten a Zone Lock was on Anno during the Halloween event. My TSO account got really screwy after building the guild house back in October/November, but things have gotten much better since then.
Do you have a guild house on your island? Seems quite a few people start having issues once they build one.
no i don't spike just got a butt load of buildings. idk why it been so bad lately.
what did you do to receive such a severe server lock?
as for why it's been so bad, there is all these bugs in the game, that haven't truely been fixed (from what i hear from some move function does follow this criteria)
every time i log into forum now i see some new post about a zone lock however when i first joined the game it was extremely rare
Please, Please, Please, Please, Please reverse some of the bugs plaguing players who are/need:
- having trouble logging in
- getting zonelocked (sometimes multiple times) (this extends to adventures as well)
new buildings are not needed, so please try and fix these major problems, and would love to help in any way i can to help you fix these as well
p.s. yes i know you are backed up in tickets, i'm just stating what i would love to see happen for the future

i have and i have been waiting for 10 days for dev to fix it. this is getting old
see ppl do they really care? multiple ppl locked out for weeks and still no solution? no contact like dev/support fell of the planet

I do understand your frustration. However, we have been in contact with you concerning your account. There are multiple accounts that have been locked out since 2/27 and we have escalated all of these issues to our development team. We will update these tickets when we have more information for you concerning your account, but until then, the only thing you can do is wait. Thanks for your patience.

seems so. wouldn't ppl locked out for weeks be a top issue? if ppl r locked out no gem buys. no gem buys no money. or ppl leave game due to lack of approach. which im very close to doing
Yeah, I'm really shocked at the very slow response times. I'm having my own problems with BB and I'm kind of amazed at how slow they are. Especially when they do finally reply and try to dump the problem off on someone else putting you back in the accursed 4 day response cycle. They're maybe super-under-staffed or something. All I know is that its no fun to play a game you can't actually play.
