Zeus server down?

I have been trying to log in since before 5pm EST with no luck, is the server down?

Hi Raven, I attempted to get online at the same time tonight and all I get is the game load screen and no farther. I have cleared the cache and can access all other websites except yours. I tried at 2am this morning and had no problems getting online

Will also not load under google chrome

I hope you submitted a ticket with Support, as they will be able to help better than I. Below, I've attached a list of common causes and fixes. Hopefully, one of these will work. If not, then Support will need to investigate further.

1: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.

2: Make sure you are using the most recent version of Adobe Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

3: Before logging into the game clear your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.

4: Clear your Flash cache files. You can find the steps on how to do this here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569

5: Try using another one of the supported web browsers for the game: Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome.

Please be aware that having multiple Flash applications at once will cause lag, server crashes, and flash crashes. Please try to limit the number of Flash based web applications you have running while trying to play the game to have the best experience. Such applications include YouTube, Pandora, and other Flash based games.

I am receiving the same message as Feakesy, and I have my computer(s) set to do the above daily.

It is busted for me as well.
The trouble is all of ya posted on the end of a old thread.
Should have started a new one.

It would be nice if they would tell us what was going on I find it very unprofessional of the staff not to tell what is going on its a sign of untrained and un qualified staff, I think its time for reorganization over at UBI and BlueByte.......

when they give a date it's usually on the night of that date

I remember reading the notes, bought enough guild coins to get a storage house prior to 7/22... but it never dawned on me what day 7/22 was or that it meant an early unannounced maintenance.

Oh, so it's not just me, then. I had this problem on the test server, and only got back in there last night. I was afraid it was something to do with my browser or something.

Which would explain why we can't log in, but it would have been nice to have the notice on the home page...

Ok, so according to that link posted on p. 3 of this thread, there's a maintenance today? I agree, nothing posted on the homepage at all, and never saw it in the forum, till it was posted here. Please, BB, put these things on the home page. It's so much easier to find there!

Any kind of update here would be nice BB. Just in case anyone is listening...or cares.
