I don't think anyone begrudges them time to do maintenance. It would just be nice to have more warning than a post in the dev diary. Some people like to pause resource collection or usage during maintenance in the event there is an extended outage.

And this is why I won't buy gems anymore - I don't mind if the game goes down - just keep us informed - no one likes being in the dark....if you don't know, say so - better than nothing!

so it tells us what they are doing -- not what is going on with inability to access the system....

When I finish quest "Island of the Pirates" my quest book doesn't give me the reward of 15 guild coins. Did anyone else have this problem. How do you delete quest from quest book? Linc28

If there is no little "X" to the right of the quest then you can't delete it.

I can sign in with no problems, but when I try to play the game, the window keeps blinking "Loading"

I played today a few hours. then went offline for 30 minutes. Now I can log in but when trying to play the game, the window keeps flashing Loading. Ive tried 3 different browsers and cleared my cache and history

It was down for me, just got back in.

Chrome has been broken for 3 weeks at least, I had to switch browsers to play
