9 days and have not heard anything about returning my 9 generals and 1525 troops that were on a DP ADV -- can i please get some help --- i cannot do advs -- i am dead in the water -- said they were having trouble with the zone -- then i lost all :( Please help!
I assume you contacted support. Did they answer yet?
Suport is backed up right now, I know Im still waiting for my response from over a week ago. Give them time they will get to you

Yeah, Due to multiple issues they won't be able to reply to your ticket right away, You will have to be patient and give them some time to address it. There are far more worse Issues in the game with people being locked out of there islands and trying to address that issues first.
