+ yes -- i would love to play from my iPad on vacation - even just to log in and maintain my island in the morning w/ my hot cocoa at my campsite :)

I use Puffin browser and have the basic functionality of the game on my iPad, so it is doable. Buffing and adventuring are a pain, but you get the daily log in.

I use Photon too..... yes it works great for the simple stuff.
