I've maxed out the "Offbeat Roads" skill on my explorer and as you can see from the picture it is at 0%.

I've maxed out the "Offbeat Roads" skill on my explorer and as you can see from the picture it is at 0%.
That got messed up with one of the more recent updates, it just says 0%, it still works as usual though, got the same with Lucky Detour and granite and that is working just fine.
It is too bad that that is not the only thing messed up.
