just happened @ 2:48am 3/8/2014
I was moving watermills and then BOOM ! zone error.
I refreshed and still no game. I'm tired of this.........

This is getting a little out of hand. 3 days in a row now I've been locked out. It seems like it gets fixed some time after midnight, but if this doesn't change the game is going to be pretty much unplayable.
The first 2 times I was moving stuff around a lot, rather quickly and I can understand how this may cause a crash.
Today all I did was try to destroy a wheatfield that wasn't even being used. I hadn't clicked anything else other than scrolling around in a few minutes.
seems the server is under a lot of stress with the release of the new silos
I had just started a SA adventure and started sending troops sent 2 or 3 gens and then got a zone server error.
I got this today just by buffing buildings to increase my production of resources... I cleared my cashe and have tried Firefox, Cometbird, Google Chrome, and IE and still not fixed... I'm on Ares

Ok so no answer form tech support and now day 2 I can't get in I built a brand new computer running win 7 IE 11 all the same programs as before all the same way as before cleared temp internet files 6 times now and yet NADA no entry for me.
I log in I get news I hit play now it starts loading then it goes to loading screen 2 that loads all the way to the end of the loading bar then I just sit there zip zero nada happens I never see the screen change to the one that says loading map waited 2 hours last night nada.
I need help and this company seems to be ignoring me so please help me out here.

UM???? HUH??? I am looking at my loaded programs right now and it is saying I have the latest version 12.0.0.77 can you say confusion!!!!
and for the record just uninstalled and reinstalled flash same version from adobe.com still get the same message as I just posted.

Well I did a whole bunch of stuff and now the website sees I have flash BUT still does not log me in I get the loading bars/screens but then nada it just sits there can someone please help????

Make sure you add all this info to your support ticket (just reply to the auto "we got your request" email) so that when someone finally gets the ticket they can see what you've done already.
reply if u r still locked out. since the 27th of feb seem hope is lost :(

Zone error cant log in then they post this Wt*.. wait 24 hours ya easy let me just wait 24 hours for it to fix its self DO YOU ALL RESET TIME LOST ON ITEMS BOUGHT WITH GEMS? NO (Zone Crashes/Lockouts occur for many different reasons, however when they occur if you wait about 24 hours it should fix itself. If it doesn't you can contact support, they can fix the issue for you.)THEY KNOW IT RESETS so why do anything about it??
cause they r busy. u think waiting 24hr is bad try waiting over a month and still locked out see how u like that. I will miss easter event cause of this so I wont get anything from it so yeah 24hr wait is a cake walk
all hope is lost for those who is locked out pack up and move on
got to say one thing jack you are determind. keep it up "you can do it". it's been a month why give up now. see it through!!!
lol I log on every 2 days now. just to check my forum mail. lost interest in the game now, and I am gonna miss the event give me a reason to stay IF my account is fixed

ANOTHER LOCK OUT TALKED TO BB ALL I GOT WAS SEND IN A TICKET, we know of all the issues in game issues and the devs are working on it?? Are they really it seems like there adding more problems now the white castle got an error? Asked for help and its like i was asking for a war.. If a paying customer wants intel on the state of the game theres no need to get all pissed off. ITs answers to whats going on..thats all. Would like to get back into buying gems and supporting bluebyte. But as game DEVS a little support for ingame players would not hurt a bit.

Just a graphical error?? Sent in tickets on multiple issues and this is so far one of the best replys so far ( its just a graphical error ) its still works just looks like crap....
then explain my lock out and why it hasn't been fixed in 2 months? can't dev just tell me they cant fix it would make things a lot easier on both of us.
