Possible fix for "Unable to log in "Server Zone Crash""

I got locked out of my island yesterday, and was locked out for 12 hours, during that 12 hours I ran my antivirus program and found 1 trojan, and then ran mbar by Maleware Bytes which found 20 other malicious adware programs which were removed. I tried to log into my isle right before correcting both with no luck, but after removing both of those issues and rebooting I was able to log in, and catch my isle back up.

this may not work for ALL lock out issues, BUT it's worth doing as a "just in case" since it likely will correct a majority of lock out concerns =)
