Vampire Powder

Congratulations to BB for an exceptional hiding job. I almost was unable to figure out the key to unlock the Vampire Powder's real position. No insult to other players but I don't think you will be able to solve this one. I will risk giving the first step you will need if you are to have a chance to get the VP.

Clue: Noble residence, level 5 with no yellow flag outside. Flag not hidden by trees, just not there.

I hope BB doesn't knock this post off due to this clue.
