my guildie yramina has had trouble with chat for days now. sometimes she cant get on at all, sometimes its only a few minutes

Those of you who are missing, or know people who are missing guild chat, please have them send in a ticket to the Support team so we can continue to collect data on this.

I am having the same issues. It appears my chat is there at times...but when I respond in chat...it is gone. Players tell me my light goes out. But I am able to still play the game Or at least I think I am, to a point. I have researched all settings on my computer and still have the problem. I did send in ticket and no help.
