Test server reward?

Has anybody gotten their rewards yet? Says it will be mailed out today on the test server.

Unfortunately, the test server is international and we have not been told if they met the required load for everyone to get the reward. As they have in the past, they will likely post the results, then either post the voucher code or send the mail reward.

04.04.2014 Load test was succesful
Dear Settlers,
yesterdays data was reviewed. Thank you very much for your support. The servers had to deal with very high load and the test provided useful results.

All players will receive the reward package today on regular game accounts.
Your local Community Manager will inform you accordingly.

Would it be possible for our Community Leader to give us answer on these rewards? (time frame, any response)

It is now 2 day and we still have not had a response from our Community Leader.

Or was this whole test thing a lie, joke, gage. (if so it would have been better to do on the 1st of the month)

We have no information about it and BB's have not given us any information about it neither. Once we are told about it, we will pass it along to the players. Just need to be patient.

This wasn't a joke, lie or gage. You just simply must be patient until there is word about it.

Questions regarding this should not be a surprise. BB announced it would be given out on Friday and that day has passed.

Next time can you just let us know when your running behind. (not 3 day after the fact)
If you just would have posted on Friday no one would have felt lied to, cheated, or scammed.

Not Rawren's fault, she can only forward information she's given. The info may not have reached her before close of business on Friday. They're working on it, and I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon. Ya, I know its disappointing to not get things when we expect them, but they don't have to reward us at all. Let's just be patient while they fix yet another bug. :)

I do not blame the messenger.(Rawren)
I did express my frustrations to the messenger in hope they will pass that frustration on up the chain.
That is the right way to handle such issues.
If you know a better way for us to express our frustrations please let us know.
